Agree with this. Only issue issue would be if teams abused it. I’m sure you could have an independent doctor at games to assess and stop teams taking advantage.

Gareth Southgate “There were several times I played on with concussion, and that just wouldn’t be allowed now”... but it does happen as players go back onto the field without being properly checked. Temporary concussion substitutes need to be ratified now. What’s the downside??
