@Surface_UK have tried to claim with Amazon under the 2015 #SaleofGoodsAct. Getting nowhere. I have friends who've had Macbooks for years. Why do your laptops not work properly?

@Surface_UK I have a Surface Laptop 4 that is not fit for purpose. It constantly crashes despite resetting three times. Getting nowhere with getting a refund from Amazon. It is outside your (piss-poor) one year warranty but a laptop should last more than 2 years.

@SGNux Mine's a #SurfaceLaptop4 by some distance the worst laptop I've ever owned. It would certainly put me off buying any other Microsoft laptop in the future

@surface Getting nowhere with getting Amazon to refund me for it. They referred me to the Manufacturer. Under 2015 Sale of Goods Act, goods must be fit for purpose. My #Surfacelaptop is not!

@surface I bought a Surface Laptop from Amazon in June 21. It cost £1449. I now find the goods have the following fault: The machine crashes several times a week. A laptop should last longer than 2 years!

@SGNux @surface It's the worst laptop I've ever had. Great when it's working but crashes on a regular basis & is often very hard to restart. Getting nowhere with getting it replaced!

@RndmForestRunnr Great story. Was it annoying after nearly 60 hours to 'lose' by 19 minutes or did the gap seem fairly meaningless by that point?

It's 10 years this weekend since our first ever multisport event, the #DartingtonDuathlon on 24 March 2013. We no longer use the venue but the event lives on as the #DevonDuathlon at Bicton College & of course we have the #DonutDuathlon this weekend at #TorbayVelopark.
