Elon enters halftime down 37-32. A slow start from Amaris Baker turned into an offensive explosion. She scored 9 in the 2nd. Sophomore LaNae' Corbett leads the Phoenix with 8 points.

The Dragons have the CAA's second-best scorer: Amaris Baker. Baker averages 19.2 ppg and was named to the All-CAA first team. Baker scored 27 points in Elon's first matchup versus Drexel. Containing her offense will be a top priority for the Phoenix.

Some stats to keep in mind ahead of Elon's matchup against No. 3-ranked Drexel University at 8:30 p.m. Elon lost to Drexel 68-59 in their only matchup this year. Forward Quinzia Fulmore -- who led Elon in scoring against Hampton -- did not play versus the Dragons last time.
