New year. New gear. New Knights. We’re coming.

Day 1 is in the books!!! Thank you to everyone who came out today. We are back tomorrow, even though there is no school. As a reminder, make sure you come in the side doors on the left of the building, leading directly into the gym. We will start right at 2:30 & dismiss at 4:30

TODAY IS THE DAY! The basketball season officially begins today with tryouts from 2:30-4:30pm. You MUST have a physical to tryout and have completed your concussion and cardiac arrest training. If you have any questions, please email Coach Elliott pelliott@spotsylvania.k12.va.us

Tryouts begin tomorrow right after school! Make sure you have your physical, concussion, and cardiac arrest training complete! We will go 2:30-4:30 Monday (11/6), Tuesday (11/7), and Wednesday (11/8). Rosters will be announced on Wednesday.

Thank you to everyone for coming out for the off-season workouts. We’ve put in a lot of work and now it’s go-time. Tryouts are on 11/6, 11/7, and 11/8 from 2:30-4:30p. Make sure that you have your physical turned in as well as your concussion and cardiac arrest training complete.

🚨 🚨 SCHEDULE CHANGE 🚨 🚨 Tomorrows winter coaches meeting has been postponed, so we will be practicing both Tuesday and Wednesday this week from 6-8p. If you are reading this, please tell someone else.

🚨 SCHEDULE ALERT 🚨 Today & next Wed (10/25) we will practice from 6-8 as normal. But those are the final offseason workouts this year. We’re off this Sat (10/21), Tue (10/24) for a mandatory coaches meeting, Sat (10/28), & the entire week of 10/30-11/4. Tryouts begin on 11/6.

The countdown is on to Nov 6th and the first day of tryouts. Still time to get better. We are in the gym tonight from 6-8.
