McNeese is the only Louisiana school playing in men’s March Madness. Louisiana Tech (hasn’t been to NCAA Tournament since 1991) got close, but lost in CUSA title game. 35 years is the longest run of futility in the state for March Madness. Second longest is Tulane, 1995. It’s #GarlandontheAvenue
