@Blake_Allen13 @BDMurray Hello Viet here, according to word of mouth, there are some Viet people (born in Russia) fighting for the army, no mix blood or anything just foreign-born, don't know if there are really any, the instructor in the video does mention Vietnam but the asian man is speaking Chinese.

@BDMurray I wouldn’t be surprised if this was domestic recruitment of foreign workers/students/foreign-born convicts much like Russian recruitment of Central Asians and Africans. Not too sure how they’re running their Nepalese recruitment efforts but I imagine it’s roughly the same

Really curious who these Vietnamese recruits he speaks of are. Can't imagine that Vietnam would be thrilled about its citizens fighting in Ukraine (or anywhere else).
