I genuinly think Gameoverse would have been better if it was mixed media, like Gumball, instead of just 2D animation Like, have Kit be a low poly 3D character, Gobbles be animated in flash, Flappers be pixel art. Have them look like they actually come from different games

Deleted my tweet but there’s nothing wrong with having merch. But glitch shows have a theme of having pilot episodes as their first episode when that’s not what they’re for at all. Imo it makes more sense to have merch once the show is approved not while it’s in the phase of it?

@CrischarFoxito Nobody knew what Kit or any of this stuff is so people didn't react well seeing merch of it so early. The goonslop allegations don't help either.

"Indie" animation studio tells you to "prepare your wallets" for a wide selection of merchandise barely 10 days after launch of the animation. Y'know, just indie animation things.

@glitch_prod Loved the episode but it feels really weird to get merch immediately. Makes it feel more like the show exists to market the merch and it not getting physical goods because the show is popular. Stuff looks cool though so that's just my thoughts on it.
