@sproutsfm I had the worst sandwich look at this one thin slice that doesn’t even cover the sandwich I got roast beef with one slice I want another sandwich made right this location has been awful

@sproutsfm I I bought over a pound of bulk long grain brown rice at your Logan’s Landing store in Naples couple weeks ago. This morning I go to make rice and it’s full of weevils. No rice for me today.

@sproutsfm I received the below email saying I’m not enrolled in your reward points &that my zip code was missing. When I enter my phone # it’s accepted for points at checkout. My receipt shows points earned the day of purchase and point balance. If I wasn’t enrolled how did I even get points that day. I pressed redeem on the app and it said $12 would be redeemed at checkout but it wasn’t and I lost the points. I need either the points or a $12 credit to my card.

@jdgrl13 Thanks for your question! Inverted sugar is regular sugar which has been gently split into glucose and fructose, to help it dissolve better and stay smooth in baked goods. It contains the same calories as regular sugar and is often found naturally in foods like honey.

Hey @sproutsfm my beautiful, very thoughtful, mother in law bought an Apple pie from your store and when we cut into it, it was blueberry!! My family is severely allergic!!! I almost had to call 911. Please do something to accommodate this scare. A Christmas gift card thank you.

Our mayo has been rotten from @sproutsfm three times! Lid on, tightly sealed, but completely spoiled on the inside. This is a health issue! It’s yellow, separated, & so gross! This has been happening consistently since October. Please fix your factory!

@sproutsfm I want to give you guys some advice I work for a grocery store you guys need to work with your management team at all of your locations and make sure they have them workers pull old or expired meat or produce off the sells floor immediately people can get sick

@sproutsfm I did not keep the product. I only have a receipt so I am not sure if that is enough. I bought one bag and before trying it, I bought a second bag because it is seasonal, and it has always been great. After I tried the first bag, I thought maybe it was just that one, but no.

@sproutsfm waste of money on the seasonal caramel corn. $3.50 a bag for something with little taste except stale and mushy. This was excellent before.

i had the worst experience at the @sproutsfm Sprouts Echo Park location on their opening day today. Two employees were so rude to me that began to cry and i had to run out of the store almost fainting of a panic attack :(
