NEW: Canada's Minister of Agriculture tells me she's hopeful PEI potatoes can be shipped to Puerto Rico with a decision made in roughly 2 weeks. Mainland U.S. weeks after that. Full details to come -- but it follows a meeting with the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture.
