A thoroughly deserved point at Anfield, we could've even won it. These players put in a real shift today - and Tudor's first point in the Premier League. The fans were really behind the team today despite being written off by so many. This attitude, desire and fight MUST continue! 👏 Atlético Madrid up next in the Champions League on Wednesday then a MASSIVE game against Nottingham Forest next Sunday. #COYS #THFC

The Spurs Women are in WSL action on Sunday - they face Everton Women at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 11.55am kick-off: 5th v 8th. I spoke to Spurs boss Martin Ho ahead of the game... • On team news... “Drew [Spence] is back, Ella [Morris] is in full training but this game probably comes a little bit too quick for her, but she's training fully with the squad now. Apart from that, I think we are where we are." • On Everton’s change of fortunes in the last month… “They've done really well, since a change of manager in Scott [Phelan], and I know Scott quite well from my time at Everton. [He’s] a really good coach, a really good person and he's made an instant impact there, they've had two from two under him, just come up short in the FA Cup against Liverpool. But, in the league, if you're putting their games back-to-back, they are three from three, a dangerous team, don't concede many goals. [They’re] very good with the ball, very direct on transition and very hard to break down with a very rigid structure.” • On what the message is to the players ahead of the final six games of the WSL season… “We just have to make sure that we try and build performances. This year was about building the foundations that you can build a team from, then going into the second year it is about the growth of the team, sustaining it and becoming part of that elite group in those years ahead. We've done well, we've pushed boundaries that maybe we didn't think we could push as much, but you have to make the players believe that. We're three points adrift of equalling the points total for the Club in the Women’s Super League. There are other parts of the objective that we're looking at in terms of goals scored, clean sheets kept, and so on, so there's so many other objectives and stats that we're looking at that can push ambition and push motivation in the group. I'm proud of the players and staff, they've done exceptionally well.” • On winning the WSL Manager of the Month award for February and receiving credit from Andy Rogers, Spurs Women’s Managing Director… “The award is not for me, it's for the staff, for the players, for the team and for the Club. It's not just for me, I'm not the one who does the work, and I make that very clear. Nice words from Andy [Rogers], the managing director, I work very closely with him, he's a big advocate for Women's sport and Women's football, and for this team, especially the Club with how long he's been here. He's constantly pushing for us to make sure we can be better, he's constantly challenging me, it's nice words from him about myself, but I probably have more than enough words to say about him on a positive note.” • On Matilda Vinberg’s turn of form and scoring in our FA Cup success over London City Lionesses last month…. “Really impressive. She was suffering with a couple of injuries early on, some illness and she really didn't get going but now she's starting to show what she's capable of. She scored against London City in the last game of the FA Cup, she scored against West Ham and she's contributed to large parts of performances, even though the statistics that everyone looks at are assists and goals, she's contributed in large parts statistically in how we're playing and in performance. She deservedly gets a call-up [for Sweden] and an opportunity to be around the senior team, which is nice for her because it'll probably give her motivation and confidence moving forward. I hope there's many more call-ups for her. This is only the start for Tilly and hopefully we see a lot more goals, assists, but, for me, more consistent performances.” Full pre-match press conference: youtu.be/zzvvInQuelo?si… #COYS #THFC

The Spurs Women are in FA Cup action on Monday night away at London City Lionesses, 7.30pm kick-off. I spoked to Tottenham Hotspur Women boss Martin Ho earlier. On team news he confirmed that Charli Grant is back in contention. Ho stated that the FA Cup is an "important competition" for him, the players and the club. Back in November, Spurs lost 4-2 against London City at the The Copperjax Community Stadium in Bromley in the WSL, Ho said this will "tough" game as well. I asked the Spurs boss about scoring seven at Villa Park last week, beating Aston Villa 7-3 in the WSL, he was pleased with the attacking play but stated "we shouldn't concede three goals!" Lastly, I asked about the Spurs Women receiving five nominations at the London Football Awards 2026; Olivia Holdt has been nominated for Women’s Super League Player of the Year, Cathinka Tandberg and Tōko Koga have both been shortlisted for the Women’s Young Player of the Award, Lize Kop has been shortlisted for Goalkeeper of the Year and Head Coach Martin Ho has been shortlisted for the Manager of the Year - the only manager from WSL to be listed in that category. Ho said he is "Delighted" and "Proud." Full press conference: youtu.be/4Cg1nTHKrTE?si… #COYS #THFC
