How to add sugar to grits: Step One: don’t make grits. Make cornbread instead. Step Two: do NOT put sugar in the cornbread. Step Three: once the cornbread is done, you can butter it up and add honey or jam. Those contain sugar.

For $FUBO investors Disney once licensed its movies and shows to Netflix but decided in 2017 to end that deal and launch its own streaming service, Disney+, along with ESPN+ and Hulu integration. The move let Disney control its content, build its own subscriber base, and keep all the profits instead of sharing them with Netflix. Now Disney is taking a similar approach in live TV streaming. In 2025, Disney bought a 70% stake in Fubo and merged it with Hulu + Live TV, combining Disney’s sports and entertainment channels with Fubo’s streaming technology and subscribers. At the same time, Disney has pulled its channels from YouTube TV after contract disputes — just like it once pulled content from Netflix — to push viewers toward its own platforms (Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+). In short: 👉 Disney left Netflix to build Disney+ 👉 Now it’s merging with Fubo to dominate live streaming 👉 And it’s removing content from rivals like YouTube TV to strengthen its own ecosystem.
