@SquareCanada Will you be allowing merchants to pass your processing fees onto consumers for credit card transactions? I am seeing other processing vendors allowing this now.

@patchcollecter Great question. If you're using a tablet, you'd download the Square App to accept payments. Payments can be taken on the go or in a brick and mortar store. Learn more here: squareup.ca

@SquareCanada how does the machines work if on tablet also do they need to be used in stores or office or can be used any were ??

@SquareCanada Any plans to add a service charge option that would bill units based on distance from a set address? ie. I'd love to add a per KM service charge for delivery of a product from a set location (our office). Right now we are using a % of subtotal as service charge.

@SquareCanada Hey Square, where was notification that debit wasn't working on your POS systems and that credit cards were. Would have been great to know so us small businesses didn't have customers walk out as myself, thought the entire system was down.

Does anyone know how you can talk to a customer service representative from @SquareCanada on the telephone. Tried but just get a chat service, which is not helpful.

@SqSupportCa This number does not allow me to speak to someone in telephone only online chat, which doesn’t work as I have spoken to 7 different people on the chat system and 3 emails…still no resolution

@SquareCanada any idea what is going on??? Every transaction so far today keeps coming up saying “square server error” or “square is not available right now” whether cash or plastic
