Over 70% of freight in India moves by road. And yet, trucking remains one of the most unorganized sectors in the country. Lakhs of small fleet owners, fragmented routes, almost no tech layer connecting them. @wheelseye is changing this by building the infrastructure layer for Indian logistics. On one side: 26 lakh+ GPS-enabled truck operators with access to loads, fleet management, and FASTag. On the other: 50,000+ businesses finally getting reliable, tech-enabled freight. What I deeply admire about their team is how operator-first their thinking is. They don't chase shiny tech, they solve real, messy problems for people on the ground. One such problem: rate card collection. Route-level pricing from drivers is the backbone of shipper matching and margins. But collecting it at scale was brutal - drivers are on the road, calls drop mid-conversation, rates come back incomplete, and the success rate was under 20%. @SquadStackAI deployed Voice AI to engage drivers in natural Hindi and Hinglish, capturing both ongoing and return rates. The result: 87% higher rate card collection, ​​40% lower AHT, and 50% lower cost.
