@JkCorleoneBR@maikke11@videotech To be fair they could've used revenue from GTAO to pump resources into RDO for content. Even if it isnt a 1 to 1 in income why leave potential increase in money on the table? Especially after that year RDR2 won so many awards.
@maikke11@videotech Acho que isso será um problema para qualquer outra IP da Rockstar, GTA Online é muito lucrativo então, para o padrão deles, RDO é baixo, talvez o RDR3 nem tenha online

New York wants a cut of Counter-Strike’s loot box economy on Valve’s Steam platform.
Officials argue the game’s paid case openings amount to gambling, as players spend real money for randomized skins with real resale value.
The attorney general is seeking full restitution for every resident who has ever “gambled” on a loot box, regardless of age, plus a penalty worth three times Valve’s related profits.

@DaRavingMonkey@afterlyfe61@Dexerto Destiny still has alot of side stories and lore that were kinda pushed to the side they could've explored. The final shape was the end of light vs dark but theres still alot they could've explored.
@Squintaye@afterlyfe61@Dexerto Yeah felt like they were just cranking content out to have so much but quality always beats quantity. Final shape was a good expansion and should have been the end
Streamer Shroud believes Bungie won’t shut down Marathon even with low player numbers
"Even if they had five players, I don't think they would pull it. It's just the sunk cost fallacy, right? You're just too invested at that point"
@DaRavingMonkey@afterlyfe61@Dexerto Even if it was stretched out the content became more and more stale and copy and paste. They stopped innovating and flip flopping on major decisions. If they were consistent In giving good content players would’ve stood.
@DaRavingMonkey@afterlyfe61@Dexerto Destiny could’ve still been dominant in the looter shooter genre if they didn’t push so hard to please everyone and just stood with the small suggestions players were asking for. They stopped listening and a huge chunk of players moved on.
@DaRavingMonkey@afterlyfe61@Dexerto The destiny cash cow is drying up a bit. If marathon fails then it might be gg. There was a document that leaked a while back when sony had a system breach that said sony was getting more antsy about bungie months after the purchase.
@onlydooM__@videotech@curatorgamingx No but the CEO did mention a while back it'll take a good price to even have them consider. Honestly they should stay independent they don't need to be bought by anyone.
Saints Row is 'dead' and will not get another title, according to the design director of the first game
Chris Stockman says the series' publisher Embracer has no interest in the franchise
@BJJ_JamesM@TheColeBrew Some players also underestimate the fact the currency is available in game. Other titles force you to purchase the currency just to get stuff. The normal and legendary bonds are $10 - $15 a piece which is a steal compared to others.
@TheColeBrew I’ve bought super credits multiple times just to support the game but I’ve also unlocked several just from playing. People just like being cheap
If we couldn’t farm sc then sure.
They’ve also stated in the past if ppl bought more Warbonds (as in if they sold well) then they could add more free stuff to the game.
So which way diver?
