@discord if your reading this please preserve my data until I can be afforded a manual review to fairly pleade my case. your inapp request did not allow for a statement and misprocessed an automated review as a content not a security issue

all my posts just got deleted these server now have to scramble to rebuild guides and rule posts. its been nearly 1 months and 3 weeks do you ever respond to your paying members? @discord

Unfortunately got my Discord hacked and @discord themselves aren’t really much help even after I tell them that I’m unable to login.

@discord_support Your support team doesn't help on this. Please just find out what is happening (its massive, not 2/3 cases). My login info is highly secure, and I have sensitive information there.

Be careful with your Discord account. Yesterday I was momentarily hacked with the very common message with images of a MrBeast Scam. It passed through password, multifactor auth, and even didn't receive a single email of a new login. Happened to a friend at the same time. @discord please take this seriously because this is a VERY BIG problem.

cant even open new tickets as im scared it puts me back another month. there is just no recourse and your review process offers no chance to make a statement or this would be solved by now.

@aki2lucky @discord_support same, im almost at a month and a half with no communication good thing I prepaid for nitro. my friend who got hacked not only got responses but his entire account back in a week less

one month now no replies to any request for help from any team at @discord_support @discord here or through ticket center. meanwhile nitro subscription continues to waste away. nearly 10 year member never asked for help, this is loyalty

@discord_support prepaid for 12 months of nitro was banned due hackers actions coming up on a month of no access due to pending review. when I get account back to they credit the time back?
