Feel good story not getting enough attention.... Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) disappeared completely from tidal Anacostia in 2003. It first reemerged in 2013 with 0.9 acres In 2018 goal of 20 acres achieved! It's now *exploding* around #kingmanisland
