Court wanted to list Indocil matter on 18-19 February stating mining issue is priority but Tushar Mehta requested one week after as a special bench was constituted on 18 in some other matter... Remember last date Court has spoken that WHEN THERE IS SET PRECEDENCE IN THIS MATTER THEN WHY IS KARNATAKA GOVT OPPOSING IT.... Today also the court remarked that we are aware that in Indocil case issue is 10A2B and it is different from other case.
