St. Anne’s is delighted to have St. Luke’s School share this magnificent historical artifact with the parish for Remembrance Sunday.

who lost their lives fighting in World War I. This historical treasure has been displayed with pride in the school since 1918 and features artwork and writing delicately completed by hand and is displayed in a beautiful solid wooden frame, with a gilded gold edge.

This Sunday as St. Anne’s Church commemorates Remembrance Day a historic treasure from St. Luke’s National School Montenotte will be on display in the church. The “St. Luke’s School Roll of Honour” remembers the brave courage of 179 boys and men, past pupils of the school,

This Sunday, 10th November St Anne’s will hold a retiring Collection in aid of the @ChristianAidIrl emergency appeal for the Middle East. Christian Aid is working with partners in Gaza and across the Middle East in responding to the current events. Please support.

While we support peaceful ends to conflict on all sides we do not allow filming without permission or political acts of any kind. This is in breach of our Tower Use Policy and was brought to our attention by other visitors who did not wish to be filmed.

STATEMENT On Saturday 4th of November a Group of People flew the flag of Palestine from the Tower of St Anne’s Shandon and filmed this without permission.
