From @BpOlsonFW pastoral letter: "After consultation with my priests, civic officials, members of the laity, and professionals in the fields of medicine and public health I judge it very prudent currently to maintain our protocols that have been in effect since Sept. 25, 2020.

Let’s continue to be responsible and safe.

There will be NO CHANGES to the standard Mass protocols at St. Francis of Assisi, which require a mask at all times in our building and social distancing.

We're happy to share the St. Francis of Assisi has power, heat, and running water. Our Mass times this weekend will continue as normal. We did have quite a few water leaks earlier in the week but have been able to contain and repair them. Thank you for your prayers.

Tomorrow is the 1st Friday of Lent. If people are faced with powerless freezers and meat threatening to spoil or with dangerous road conditions, or empty stores b/c of the weather. They should consider themselves to be dispensed from the obligation to abstain from meat tomorrow.

Due to the ongoing winter weather, our building and offices will remain closed tomorrow, February 18th. Our staff can still be reached via email as needed.

Happy Sunday. Due to dangerous conditions on the road, we have decided to cancel all Masses today. Please watch the livestream of the Vigil Mass on our Facebook page or on our website. The morning Mass for Monday, February 15 has been cancelled. Our offices are also closed.

If you're unable to make it to Mass in-person, we will be live streaming the 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm Masses. Should we reach capacity in the sanctuary, we will have overflow in the Parish Hall and Family Life Center.

As a reminder, only the Parish Office Entrance and Narthex entrance will be the only doors open to the sanctuary to ensure we can count accurately. The doors will be opened, and entry allowed 30 minutes before all Masses.
