We are delighted share this message from Bishop John: The Bishop of Worcester is pleased to announce the appointment of the Revd Sarah Carwardine as Priest in Charge of the Benefice of Claines St John the Baptist and the Benefice of Worcester St George with St Mary Magdalene.

What a privilege and pleasure to have Bishop John lead our service and preach a great sermon. Thank you for encouraging the Christmas Choir. And lovely to have H-J with us too. A joyful Christmas to you both from St George’s !

We have another fabulous Ceilidh at Saint George’s this Saturday 5 - 8pm Just turn up!! £6 Adults, children free with an adult Bring & Share supper & BYO drinks Don't worry if you've never danced before. If you don't want to dance you can still have loads of fun watching others!

GOOD FRIDAY 7 April PILGRIMAGE TO THE PASSION PLAY Route and estimated timings Those who can take turns carrying a large wooden cross pausing for a short reading and prayer at each stop. Dogs, children, babies in buggies, and people in mobility scooters are all welcome.

Our doors will be open on Good Friday for anyone with a food voucher or if you have donations you’d like to drop off. We’ll then be enjoying a well-earned long weekend.

It's our Mothers' Union Spring Fair this afternoon - it's on until 4pm today! Cream Teas Cakes Raffle Bring and buy

This Saturday - Claines Parish Hall 4pm - 5.30pm Come dressed as a Pirate if you want to (or anything you like really!) There will be Pancakes, Games, Prizes, Hot Dogs and Refreshments for Parents.

Join us at KINGDOM ARTS Tue 10th 9:30am! We are creative in a variety of ways: music, writing, painting, needlework as well as lots of chatting! Our theme is “Heroes of Faith”. Come along, see what we do and discover which Christian hero we are looking at! #coffee #worship
