Some of our senior pupils paid a visit this week to @2RoyalAvenue, the amazing work the MayWe group continues to do in this sector is truly amazing. It was hugely disappointing to hear that this valuable resource is due to be closed later this year. #Keep @2RoyalAvenue open.

To build on the friendships formed during our class’s contribution to the school show, Shanice and Corinna’s class came together again for a cinema trip to Zootropolis 2. Pupils had the opportunity to practise their independence, social interaction, and money-handling skills.

Post 16 pupils enjoy the inspiring art exhibition at @TheMACBelfast. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made us so welcome. Thank you also to @Translink_NI for our bus tickets.

Updated Information.  School Closure – Tuesday 27th January 2026 Following guidance from the Education Authority and consultation with Governors, St Gerard’s will be closed tomorrow due to the amber weather warning currently in place for Counties Antrim, Down and Derry.

Pupils from our Senior department visited @Foodstock__ this week. We are delighted as a school to be able to support this vital community project.
