Year 5 took part in a calm and respectful Stations of the Cross today. 🙏 A quiet moment for reflection and understanding. 💜

The children loved creating their own Three Little Pigs story maps! 🐷📚 They used their memory to retell the story and worked independently. So proud of their amazing work! Well done, Nursery! 👏✨

Year 6 Felting Project 🧵🎨 This week, Year 6 were inspired by aerial photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand and created their own felt landscape artwork. They finished their pieces by adding detail using their sewing skills—beautiful, creative work!

We had such a lovely afternoon in Year 2 being geographers! 🌍 The children absolutely loved exploring Brinklow village and spotting all the differences compared to Coventry. Their excitement, curiosity and brilliant observations made me so proud 😊

🌍✈️ Year 3 have been on a tasty adventure across Europe today! We explored different countries through food, from tangy sauerkraut to fluffy waffles, we loved trying all the tasty samples. A fun and delicious way to learn about cultures from around the continent! 🌍

Year 1 had an unforgettable experience at Mousikē Ensemble today 🎶✨ From the very first note, they were transported on a magical musical journey—exploring sounds, stories, and rhythms. Smiles, curiosity, and creativity filled the room. What a truly inspiring adventure! 🌍

Our amazing School Council spread a little St Patrick’s Day magic. They created kindness clovers and placed their shamrocks around school for staff and pupils to find- celebrating kindness, creativity and teamwork. 🍀💚

Year 4 had a fantastic afternoon yesterday with a visit from the West Midlands Fire Service. They learned all about how to stay safe, including the importance of Stop, Drop, and Roll. A fun and valuable experience for everyone involved! 🚒🔥

🏰✨ Year 1 had an amazing day at Warwick Castle! Exploring battlements, meeting knights, and uncovering history. Their knowledge of castles and battles really shone—such enthusiastic learners! 🛡️👑

Year 4 loved Science Day! 🔬 They enjoyed our awe and wonder experiments, making rainbow rain and a rainbow snake, and had a fantastic time in their workshop learning all about John Edmonstone.

Year 4 have made a fantastic start to their Lenten project! 🌟 They are collecting clothes to donate to Coventry Clothing and have already gathered lots of amazing donations. We are so proud of their kindness and generosity! 👕💜

Year 5 Football Development Day! They had a brilliant time learning football drills to improve their ball control and football skills. Well done!

Year 2 had a fantastic time celebrating science week with lots of curiosity! They explored different materials and why they are used in buildings, and they even designed their own bridges. Inspired by pioneering engineer Alice Perry, who helped pave the way for future engineers!

To finish off our #BritishScienceWeek activities, Year 6 took part in an exciting workshop where they used their bodies to recreate simulations of how the heart works. A brilliant way to bring our learning about the circulatory system to life!

Awe and wonder for Year 6 during #BritishScienceWeek! The children asked their own scientific questions before taking part in some unforgettable experiments. From walking on eggs to watching Coke erupt with Mentos, there were gasps, laughter and lots of amazed faces!

Year 6 became earthquake engineers! Using only spaghetti and marshmallows, they designed and built structures to withstand an earthquake. Then tested their buildings using jelly to simulate the shaking. Lots of creative thinking, teamwork and problem solving! #BritishScienceWeek

Year 5 had a brilliant day during Science Week! They measured the best insulator for ice lollies, made “water walk”, acted as a bird and made a nest using pegs and tweezers, and even worked as team to create a raft to hold marbles! They also had a workshop about space!! 🔭🔬

Year 1 had a fantastic time celebrating Science Week! 🔬✨ The children took part in a fun workshop and explored lots of amazing experiments. From discovering new reactions to asking brilliant questions, they showed great curiosity and enthusiasm. Well done, Year 1 scientists! 👩‍🔬

Our nursery children were in awe during today’s science experiment. Watching their little “Monster cups” fizz and bubble brought so much excitement and curiosity! ❤️🧪✨ Well Done Nursery!
