To celebrate Walking to School Month, we have started a new and exciting initiative to encourage more children to walk to school. We have partnered with Living Streets to track how we travel to school. Year 3 have really enjoyed it and have made a huge effort already!

A group of our Year 4 children were selected after Tennis sessions with coach Graham to attend a school competition today at Silksworth Sports Complex and Ski Centre. I am delighted to tell you we came 2nd and have made it to the final in July! Well Done! #tennis #tennisfinal

To start our new English topic on writing newspaper articles, Year 2 have been researching National Geographic Kids magazine to help us to create a success criteria for how to write our own fantastic features! #nationalgeographic

In year 3, we celebrated Children’s Mental Health week by making a class positivity jar which was filled with kind and uplifting comments for us all to share.

This afternoon, Year 3 have been busy making clay seals like the ancient Indus people.
