A huge well done to the St Matthew's runners who today took part in the first cross country race of the season. Three top 10 finishers and many more amazing finishing positions. Well done guys, we're really proud of you all. 🏃🏃‍♀️

Huge congratulations to the Year 2 rapid fire cricket team that achieved 3rd place at the Kent School Games Finals in Sittingbourne today. After a slow start, they really got going, winning 6 games in a row. Well done, you were all fantastic. 🏏 @TWKSSP @TWKSSPSGO

We had great fun at the Primary School Wimbledon event today. The children had 10 tennis skill stations to complete, including racket skills and agility. Afterwards, we had a tennis themed quiz and strawberries. @TWKSSP @HotshotZ_Tennis

We had great fun at the Year 2/3 Dodgeball event this afternoon. The St Matthew's Marvels and Cheetahs played so well, winning nearly all of their games. All the children had so much fun, so thanks Alex for organising yet another great event. @TWKSSP

We are delighted to announce that St Matthew's have achieved the School Games Platinum mark award for the 2022/23 year. We are extremely proud of all our pupils for their dedication to all aspects of school sport. We are so pleased that all our hard work has been rewarded.

What an amazing time we had at the Let's Dance Festival last night. The girls danced to the 'circle of life', and their performance was brilliant. All of us at St Matthew's are so proud of the girls. Thanks to Lauren and Alex for a wonderful night. @TWKSSP

Well done to our Year 5/6 basketball team that finished in 4th place at the @TWKSSP basketball tournament today. All the team played so well, winning all their round games & finishing top of their group. Thanks @TWKSSPSGO great organisation as usual 👍 🏀

Huge congratulations to the girls basketball team that finished runners up this afternoon. They won all their group games convincingly but lost 9-8 in a really closely fought final against Slade School. Well done guys 👏🏀 @TWKSSP

Very fun and active Girls only Rugby today at @TJRFC with @DReevesRugby for the schools across the area! We did rugby skills, fun wrestling and mini tag games! Over 90 girls attended today which was fab! 🏉

So proud of our swimmers that were amazing at the inter schools swimming gala on 23rd June, winning the B league competition. This was an incredible win for St Matthew's and we were ecstatic with the result. 🏆🏊‍♀️🏊🥇 @TWKSSP
