Do we know if Jane Halton played any role in this re-definition? “Jane Halton (full name Sarah Jane Halton, born 4 January 1960) is a prominent former senior Australian public servant who rose to become one of the most influential figures in the federal bureaucracy, particularly in health and finance policy. She holds the honours Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) and Public Service Medal (PSM). Career in Australian Political/Public Service Life Halton spent 33 years in the Australian Public Service, including nearly 15 years as a department secretary (the most senior non-ministerial role). Key positions included: • Secretary of the Department of Health and Ageing (January 2002 – June 2014): She oversaw health policy, aged care, and related areas under multiple governments, starting with the Howard administration. • Secretary of the Department of Finance (2014–2016): Responsible for the federal budget, government property and assets, financial frameworks, and agency performance. • Earlier roles: Executive Co-ordinator (Deputy Secretary level) in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, plus various senior positions in health. She was the first woman to head a central Australian government agency. After retiring from the public service, she served on the National COVID-19 Coordination Commission (advisory board, 2020–2021) under the Morrison government, providing advice on pandemic response, social, and economic impacts. She has a background in psychology (Honours graduate from the Australian National University) and extensive expertise in finance, risk management, IT, HR, health policy, and public administration. What She’s Up To Now (as of 2025–2026) Halton has transitioned into a portfolio of high-level board, advisory, and academic roles focused on global health security, pandemic preparedness, finance, and strategic policy. She is not in active day-to-day “political life” (e.g., no elected office or current ministerial advisory role), but she remains influential in policy circles through non-executive and leadership positions. Her main current activities include: • Chair of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI): A major global organisation (founded 2017) that funds vaccine development for epidemic/pandemic threats. She plays a leading role in international efforts on health security and has spoken on this at forums like OECD events. • Board Chair of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME): A key global health data and research organisation (University of Washington-affiliated). • Professor of Health Policy and Health Security at the Australian National University (ANU); also holds honorary/adjunct roles elsewhere. • Chair of Ngamuru Advisory and the Australian Council on the Ageing (COTA) (peak body for older Australians; she has chaired or been involved since around 2017). • Board roles: Member of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) council; board member of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS); and Clayton Utz (law firm). She previously served on the ANZ Bank board (non-executive director; there were reports in late 2025 of internal complaints leading to an investigation before her exit from that role). • Other past notable roles: Board positions at Crown Resorts (casino/gambling company), Naval Group, and others in finance and health sectors. She continues to contribute to public discussions on health policy, pandemic preparedness, ageing, and governance. She is based in Canberra and maintains a professional profile in Australia while engaging internationally. In summary, Halton is a classic “mandarin” turned global health leader and corporate/governance figure. Her work now centres on preparing for future health crises through organisations like CEPI, alongside domestic advisory and board work in strategy, ageing, and education(GROK) @arbsmichael

'Vaccine' set to be redefined in Australia via fast-tracked bill One of the 22 bills being rushed via guillotine motion through the Australian Senate this week is the National Health Amendment (Passive Immunological Products) Bill 2026. The bill proposes to amend the legal definition of “vaccine” so that new and emerging technologies can be listed on the National Immunisation Program. In his explanatory memorandum, Mark Butler notes that "the current definition of ‘vaccine’ in the Act supports the technical meaning of ‘vaccine’ being a substance administered to elicit an immune response – that is a mode of active immunisation. Immunisation products that do not elicit an immune response and provide protection through passive immunological means are unable to be listed on the NIP." "The Bill will broaden the definition of ‘vaccine’ in the Act to enable new and emerging technologies to be listed on the NIP. This amendment will expand access to these necessary products, ensuring the NIP is flexible and fit-for-purpose in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment." It seems that our government has learnt nothing from the mRNA vaccine disaster during COVID. The mRNA jabs do give an immune response - an autoimmune response that attacks the organs of the receiptant that causes serious harm. These lunatics have to be stopped. Sign up to Peoplefirstparty.au - we are the only party that can explain the biochemistry of mRNA vaccines to an unsuspecting public. Thanks to Michael Arbon for letting me know of this bill and his comments above.

A MAUNDY THURSDAY APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM. My dear countrymen, I want to speak to you simply tonight. Not as a formal address, not as something that is polished or carefully staged. Just plainly, because something about this moment doesn’t feel right! His Majesty, King Charles III, has chosen not to issue an Easter message this year, and perhaps that will seem small to some. It may seem like just one of those things, easily overlooked. But I don’t think it’s small, because Easter is not small. And when something as central as that passes without a voice from where we have come to expect one, it leaves a concerning quiet behind. I think many people can feel that, even if they can’t quite put it into words. So, I’m not writing to you to complain, I’m writing because I don’t think we can just leave that space empty, or this silence unanswered. And more than that, I don’t think we should be waiting for someone else to fill it. Tonight is the evening of Maundy Thursday. We’re not at the celebration yet. We’re not at the victory. We’re in the upper room. It’s quiet there. There’s a table. Bread is being passed. Wine is being shared. And then, Christ does something that nobody would expect. Christ kneels down and starts to wash the disciples feet. It’s such a strange image that you don’t really stop and think about it. The one they call Lord…is there kneeling. No performance, no announcement, just serving. And I think that’s where this really meets us. If we’re truly honest, a lot of people are feeling like something has truly shifted in this country. Something has thinned out. Not just politically or culturally, but deeper than that. Like we’re rapidly forgetting something we one knew. And the instinct is to look up for answers, to wait for leadership, to hole that someone will say the right things that then steadies us all. But Maundy Thursday doesn’t point us in that direction. It brings us back down to the floor. To Christ, with a towel in His hands. And it asks something of us that is much closer to home. Will we follow him there? Because this doesn’t begin with institutions finding their voice again… It begins with people… Ordinary people, who decide, either quietly or boldly, to turn back to Christ. To pray again, to take their faith seriously again, to live that faith, and not just talk about it. In that decision, is where things are either lost…or found. And there’s something else about this night that we shouldn’t ignore. Even as Christ kneels, everything is already starting to fall apart. Betrayal is happening, denial is coming, the Cross is getting ever closer. Christ knows it…and still He stays. Still He serves. Still He gives Himself. That matters! It means that Christ doesn’t walk away from us when things are uncertain, or messy, or even failing…Christ remains! Maybe this Easter, that is what we as a people need to hear the most right now! That whatsoever has been neglected…whatever feels like it’s slipping…it’s I not beyond being restored. But not by waiting. Not by watching. But by returning! Personally, quietly, honestly! So tonight, I’m simply making an appeal. Don’t wait for someone else to speak. Don’t assume it’s someone else’s responsibility. If something has been lost in this nation, then it will be found in the same way that it has always been…one life at a time…yours included! Come back to Christ! Or come to Him for the first time! Take it seriously, because He is not an invented idea from the past… He is present… And He is still calling. The night will soon be deep, the garden still lies ahead, but He hasn’t gone anywhere. And if we turn to Him, and I truly mean turn, then there is more hope than we think… Much more! May God meet you where you are tonight, and may He draw this nation back to Himself, not beginning with the crowds, but with our hearts! Grace and peace be unto you. 𝐌𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐏𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐒𝐘𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓 𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐒 This is one of the most precise dissections of the liberal progressive mind you will ever hear. Phillips starts with the core self-deception: “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧, 𝘐’𝘮 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘐’𝘮 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐’𝘮 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘐’𝘮 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯.” From that circular logic flows everything else — the compulsive need to champion the “oppressed,” the reflexive assignment of blame to the powerful, the inability to process evidence that contradicts the narrative. And then October 7th happened. The people they had championed as 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐬 turned out to be, in Phillips’ words, “𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘬∗𝘭𝘭, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤, 𝘣𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘤, 𝘥𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥, 𝘳∗𝘱𝘦𝘥, 𝘣𝘦𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘥, 𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥, 𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘦𝘴, 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯, 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯, 𝘦𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘮𝘦𝘯.” The liberal progressive cannot absorb this. Because if they admit the people they championed are 𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐥, then their entire worldview shatters — and with it, their self-image as a good person. Phillips puts it bluntly: “𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮? 𝘐𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭.” That’s the real terror — not what H∗mas did, but what their support for H∗mas 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦. “𝘚𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰? 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢.” Then Phillips identifies the mechanism: 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘮 𝘰𝘧.” Call Israelis “genocidal.” Call them “Nazis.” Because “𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘐𝘴𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘕𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦. 𝘞𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴.” This is why the accusation of “genocide” against Israel is not merely offensive — it is 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 for the people making it. Without it, they’d have to confront what they actually supported. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 “𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐬” 𝐝𝐢𝐝. 𝐒𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐬. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is unfit for the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is supposed to be the one institution in America that isn't a stage. Nine people. Lifetime appointments. No elections. No donors. No campaigns. Just the Constitution. Yesterday the Court ruled 8-1 that Colorado's ban on talk therapy violated the First Amendment. Six conservatives agreed. Both liberal justices agreed. Except Jackson. She wrote a 35-page dissent. Eight justices needed fewer pages to explain the law than she needed to explain why they were all wrong. And read it aloud from the bench. Turning the court into a spectacle. Then Kagan, Obama's appointee, publicly corrected her. Called the case "textbook" viewpoint discrimination. Accused Jackson of "reimagining and collapsing well-settled legal distinctions." Jackson fired back in a footnote. Accused Kagan and Sotomayor of being dupes for the conservative majority. A Supreme Court justice calling her own colleagues political pawns. In a legal opinion. From the bench that exists to be above politics. Every time she loses, she turns on whatever allies she has left. Three separate 8-1 rulings across three years. Lone dissenter every time. Barrett wrote that Jackson "decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary." She has two liberal allies sitting right next to her. They looked at her reasoning and chose the law over her activism. Last term, every justice on the Court agreed with the majority more often than she did. Dead last of nine. In contested cases: 51%. Kagan, same team: 70%. One builds coalitions. One writes 35-page letters to nobody. Majority opinions: 5. Fewest on the Court. Dissents: 10. Most on the Court. Words per oral argument: 1,350. Next closest justice: 900. She talks the most. Writes the longest. Wins the least. Before the Supreme Court she spent eight years on the DC District Court. More of her rulings were overturned than nearly two-thirds of her peers. Reversed unanimously for exceeding her jurisdiction. Tried to overrule Congress on immigration. The court above her said she had no authority. And that court leaned left. Six of ten judges appointed by Democrats. Even they thought she went too far. A judge is supposed to be consistent. States can't ban gender procedures for minors. States have ABSOLUTE power to ban talk therapy for minors. Same justice. Same year. The only variable is which side of the culture war the regulation falls on. A judge is supposed to be honest. Told law students in 2015 that critical race theory informs sentencing. Told the Senate in 2022 that CRT doesn't come up in her work as a judge. One of those was under oath. Can't define the word "woman" in front of the Senate. Celebrates being "the first Black woman" on the Supreme Court on The View. Under oath she's not a biologist. On daytime TV she's making history. A judge is supposed to protect the vulnerable. Federal sentencing guidelines called for 10 years in a child pornography case. She gave 3 months. Her sentencing averaged 57% below national for possession. 47% below for distribution. Every. Single. Case. Below guidelines. A judge is supposed to defend the Constitution. Not treat it as a document to be corrected. She praised the 1619 Project, which argues America's true founding wasn't liberty in 1776 but slavery in 1619. She wrote from the bench that "Our country has never been colorblind." Rejecting the plain meaning of the Equal Protection Clause. She accused the Court itself of enabling "our collective demise." "Let-them-eat-cake obliviousness." "Five-alarm fire." "Moneyed interests." These aren't legal opinions. These are campaign speeches from a chair that's supposed to be above campaigns. Harvard Law. A Supreme Court clerkship. Eight years on the federal bench. She told the Senate she doesn't have "a judicial philosophy per se." But she told the country she's "not afraid to use her voice." She's an activist. Weakest judge of the highest court. Biden had judges with more cases argued before the Court and bipartisan support. He passed over them for the nominee endorsed by Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and Demand Justice. She doesn't want to be a justice. She wants to be a politician. She just skipped the election. I hope you understand what's at stake.

It is hard to believe that people who witnessed the existence and resurrection of Jesus would willingly be put to death if it were all just a conspiracy. Easter may be the strongest historical argument that the disciples truly experienced what they claimed. Conspiracies usually fall apart under pressure. People who lie tend to save themselves when things get serious. They only had to admit that the resurrection was a lie. These men had everything to lose and nothing earthly to gain. They chose death. All of them. For the truth. ❤️‍🔥✝️ Peter - crucified. According to tradition, upside down, because he did not consider himself worthy to die like Jesus. Paul - beheaded in Rome under Nero. James - stoned to death in Jerusalem. Andrew - crucified. Bartholomew - flayed alive and crucified. Thomas - killed with a spear in India. He went all the way to India with the message. Matthew - killed, likely by the sword. Simon - crucified. Jude - killed with an axe. Philip - crucified. James - beaten to death. The only one who did not die as a martyr was John – he died as an old man. But he was tortured, survived, and was exiled to the island of Patmos where he wrote Revelation. It is with great humility and a bowed head that I step into the days of Easter. The days when He died for you and me. For the truth. So that we could live freely. Love fully. Stand upright. Thank you. ❤️‍🔥🪽✝️

Growing up my dad told me innumerable stories of the evils that Islamic Turks did to Greek Christians. I never dreamt I'd grow up in a world where Islam could still do such things. But Islam hasn't changed -- and neither has Christian faith. Good & evil are still with us.

Thousands of Greek Christian Monks were massacred in 1822 on the hands of the Ottomans, burned alive, enslaved, and wiped from their homes on the island of Chios. Their skulls still remain in a monastery today. This is a story most people have never heard. Read Forgotten Skulls by @bulutuzay_ idicenter.org/article/forgot…

Legendary Nigerian Pastor: “We will never be Islamic! We will never bow down to Allah! Allah is a demon! … When Allah wants to suck blood, he tells his followers to say ‘Allahu Akbar’ before they kill!” Meanwhile, the idolatrous Catholic Church has been saying “We are all worshipping the same God,” and so many delusional and fake Christians are obsessed with hating Israel and believing that the Jews are a threat. This Nigerian pastor has got it right! He knows so much better than the pope does. • Islam is a cult of death and conquest. • The Quran is a false and evil text. • Muhammad was a pedophile warlord. • And Allah is the devil himself. “WE WILL NEVER BOW TO ALLAH!!!”
