Our Drumbathon for Children in Need has started! A class or group will be playing all day long in the school hall! #ChildrenInNeed @Drumba_ltd

We also had Y5 Play Leaders organising and helping KS1 orienteering for Children in Need at lunchtime! @CCOrienteering #ChildrenInNeed

Well done to our Girls Football team with a thrilling & high scoring 4-4 draw with Skyswood this afternoon! A hat trick from Zara and another by Aiva, with a debut in goal with Ruby! The girls loved playing in their new @PLCommunities kit 😍💙💛

We didn't let a little bit of rain get in the way of our PE lessons this afternoon! Year 5 Pop Lacrosse and Year 3 Tag Rugby 💙

A massive well done to Emma, who swam brilliantly at the weekend to claim 5 swimming medals 🥇🥈🥉 1 bronze, 1 silver and 3 golds 👏👏

Congratulations to our Cross Country runners this afternoon 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼 they braved the torrential downpours to complete the race, with Julien 3rd and Tobi 8th 🥉🏆 Thanks to Miss Honour & Ms Wimbleton for attending!

We're back after our summer break! Well done to our y5&6 girls at the @StAlbans_SSP @Herts_SGOs Tag Rugby festival yesterday 🏉

Year 5 ending the year by playing a few games of Dodgeball (after asking pretty much every week all year!)

We've admitted defeat and are heading home a bit early from Wimbledon, due in at St Albans at 4:50pm. Unfortunately we didn't see any tennis today but we had fun exploring the grounds, eating strawberries & cream, and playing indoor games!

Still no tennis to watch but we're having fun with a wander and visited the museum! In the queue for strawberries & cream!

Happy & proud that we achieved Gold School Games Mark for the 4th time! This is a national award which recognises the participation and competition we provide to all pupils- thanks to staff, clubs, parents and pupils for their engagement and support @StAlbans_SSP @Herts_SGOs

It was brilliant to end National School Sports Week with our Sports Day in the sunshine today! KS1&2 battled it out across a range of sports & activities, for the first time in their house teams. Congratulations to Jaguars for winning 🐆 but well done to everyone who took part!

Congratulations to Ali for 1st place and (we think!) a district record in the throw, with Ani coming 4th, and Toby for 5th in Long Jump!

We are so proud of all our pupils who took part in District Sports this week too! We've moved up to the middle schools competition but still put in a great team effort!
