Congratulations to this Year 1 boy who was awarded a trophy for playing excellent in his football! Well done!🌟

Year 1 have been looking at materials in science and today we tested out lots of different materials to test which objects/materials are waterproof and which absorb the water ☂️💧🧽🧽

Year 5 enjoyed voting for the best persuasive firework advert presented by Year 4. The vocabulary and persuasive techniques made it a hard decision!

In RE, Year 6 are looking at the different books in the Bible. They wrote a letter in the style of St. Paul, to the children in Year 2, advising them on how to behave as members of the school community. They then shared their letters with the Year 2 children.

Year 6 performed and delivered a news report in role as part of our English curriculum.

Year 6 produced a lovely Curriculum Assembly this morning. They showcased what they have learnt so far this year!

In Y3 we have been using lolly sticks to divide with remainders.

Year 1 have been creating sequences in computing using bee bots 🐝💻

This morning, our whole school came together for Celebration of the Word where we reflected on the Gospel reading from the weekend.

Hot Chocolate with the Headteacher this week. These children lived out our school mission by shining as children of God!

Year 6 are celebrating National Handwriting Day by practising their handwriting and writing out a poem ✍🏼📝

In R.E this week, Year 4 thought about the role of the parish secretary. We made thank you cards to show our appreciation and invited Mrs Dawson into school to give her them. We made her day!

Year 6 have looked at changing variables in their computing lessons 💻

In Year 5, our chaplaincy team member taught us a lovely creative way to pray with the ‘5 finger prayer.’🙏🏻✋
