@StableMoney_@SuryodaySFB I took a credit card against an FD of ₹1,08,000 about 3–4 months ago. I requested to close the card and release my FD, but even after 10 days it is still not closed. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate this complaint to RBI Ombudsman.

Very disappointing experience with Stable Money.
I invested ₹1000 FD on 5th March 2026 with Suroday Small Finance Bank through Stable Money to get an FD-based RuPay Credit Card and completed Video KYC as well.

If anyone is planning to open an fb with stable money. Please be extremely cautious. If they are facing some issues they will just shut down their customer care number and ask the relationship managers to switch off their phones, so customers can't complain.
@NitinShu4 We hear you Nitin, but unfortunately, we can’t bypass the ₹40K limit for physical card issuance right now. If you'd like a physical card, you might consider topping up your FD to meet the threshold! Otherwise, your virtual card is fully active for all your digital spending needs
@StableMoney_ Hi, I have an FD-backed credit card through Suryoday Bank via Stable Money. I understand physical cards are usually issued for ₹40K+ limits, but I kindly request a physical card for my account. I'm willing to pay any applicable charges. I've also emailed support.

My father has opened FD from @StableMoney_ with Utkarsh bank and after the amount is matured bank did not transfer the money to the account and when asked support says name mismatch which is not true. There is some nasty business going on at stable money
