This past weekend I spent the day at the MSPA conference surrounded by incredible school leaders from @FollowCSA @CSARunsAs1 and @owe_csa Great workshops, inspiring conversations, and a powerful reminder that leadership is never a solo act. Hearing the student band play was the perfect moment — our work is always about them. And thank you to @PRACTICE_PBC @KarimAbouelnaga for your support. @hrubio

Yesterday I ran with colleagues from @FollowCSA @owe_csa @CSARunsAs1 the Al Gordon @nyrr in Brooklyn……Snow on the ground. Fog in the air. Runners showed up anyway. With every mile, you could see runners’ breath rising into the cold morning. And as always the unmistakable voice at the start and finish of @davecugini the voice that holds all together. @nyrr NYC runners are built different. @hrubio @HermandadDeSIA

This morning i ran with my colleagues and friends from @owe_csa @CSARunsAs1 and @FollowCSA …As we stood at the start of the Washington Heights @nyrr 5K, the snow began to fall. And it snowed the entire run. Cold air. Wet roads. No excuses. Resilience is built when you move forward anyway. @KristyDeLaCru15 @hrubio @HermandadDeSIA

I did it….the full @nyrr @nycmarathon Every mile was a test of strength, heart, and determination. But I crossed that finish line because of the incredible support from my @CSARunsAs1 @owe_csa @FollowCSA and @HermandadDeSIA colleagues and friends who believed in me every step of the way. Last week, I had the privilege of attending both the Italian and Latino Caucus meetings with colleagues and friends from @FollowCSA @CSARunsAs1 and @owe_csa each filled with pride, energy, and purpose. @FollowCSA we honor our diversity and stand united in leadership. What an unforgettable night in the Bronx with so many of our @FollowCSA new members and current members. Tonight we welcomed 55 new members into our CSA family, and the energy was amazing. I told them: welcome to the best membership you could have. Surrounded by my spirit sisters @HermandadDeSIA @owe_csa and @FollowCSA @CSARunsAs1 I was reminded how strong we are together. We are a close knit family, and that is something special. @FollowCSA @hrubio @HermandadDeSIA @owe_csa @CSARunsAs1

Last night we attended the @NYAPE1912 Dinner, where our very own officer, Stamo Karalazarides Rosenberg, was proudly inducted along with many of our Executive Board members. Last night’s @FollowCSA Staten Island reception was full of energy and heart! It was a joy to welcome new members and reconnect with so many dedicated school leaders. Last night I had the joy of attending our @FollowCSA Manhattan new member reception. It was wonderful to see old friends @CSARunsAs1 @owe_csa and welcome new faces into our @FollowCSA family. Each connection reaffirms our shared mission. @hrubio @HermandadDeSIA @LPeynado

Just finished running the last 10 miles of the NYC Marathon route….our practice run for November’s big day! Every step reminds me that endurance, teamwork, and purpose make all the difference. Next Sunday: the Staten Island Half with my incredible @FollowCSA @owe_csa @CSARunsAs1 colleagues…ran from Queens to NYC to the Bronx and back to Queens over the 59th street bridge. @hrubio @HermandadDeSIA
