Had a great shrimp étouffée tonight, thanks to my colleague Chef Ted! He said it combines hallmarks of Louisiana cooking: seafood, "Holy Trinity" of veggies, and spices over rice. Plus some twists of his own. 🍲🌶🍤 Cajun music in the background was a nice bonus! @ISMHuskies
