Sometimes I just get stuck thinking about the current state of value transfer in this space. There is definitely room to simplify things. Exploring some projects recently, @wallchain came up, and their focus on efficiency really jumped out at me. They are trying to make these systems fair and work smarter, not just harder. This angle makes sense, because so much complexity can be avoided. It makes me wonder what part of the existing structure needs the biggest rework first.
