TRUMP: Iran will be "blown off" if they attack US ships.

Brent oil is now as high as it has been for the entire conflict and is +5.5% from the Friday close.

Here's what's happening right now: -The US started their operation to help ships exit the Strait of Hormuz -There was an initial report that a US ship was struck by missiles which caused oil to rise and risk assets to drop -Those moves have been retraced as it was then reported that only warning shots were fired Markets are on edge as the operation continues. Iran says the strait is closed and the US says they aren't stopping the operation. Trump reportedly chose this plan because he was tired of "no deal no war" and this will either add pressure to make a deal or restart the war.

There are significant potential short liquidations right above $BTC's current price. If reached, these liquidations could help bitcoin break above $80,000 for the first time since January.

Trump states that the US will be guiding trapped ships from neutral countries out of the Strait of Hormuz starting Monday morning and that any interference will be dealt with forcefully.

China has ordered all Chinese firms and individuals not to comply with new US sanctions against 5 independent oil refineries for purchasing Iranian oil.
Trump is expected to travel to China this month for trade negotiations.

You will start seeing people talk about "sell in May and go away" soon.
Over the past 13 years, bitcoin's median return is actually positive for May, June, and July, and then negative for August and September.
August and September are also notable because they are the two worst months of the year for BTC based on median returns.
Historical patterns are just one factor to consider when taking trades, but this is an important reminder to actually look at the data before following common advice.

Strategy's $STRC is nearly back to par at 100.
Once that level is reached, Strategy can begin issuing new shares to raise capital for $BTC purchases.
In April, BTC rose from $68,000 to $76,000 once par was reached and Strategy started buying.

The ETH/BTC ratio has broken back below 0.03 while bitcoin dominance has broken upwards above 60%.
Some altcoins will always see isolated outperformance in the short term, but BTC is clearly leading the crypto markets right now.
