Arte will always be the one to blame. He runs the organization like a sales & marketing operation with lean investment in a lot of the wrong spots. We just got the pitching lab 5-7 years behind elite college programs (Wake, LSU, Vandy) and continue to be half the MLB developmental side of top organizations. He needs to hire a President of Baseball Ops and bulk up scouting and player dev layers. Carpino > Molly Jolly is the same ole stuff - it’s painful to watch.
