@StacksAndStocks I’m trying to do this same bro. It’s such a struggle to get in the habit but we got this.

Making a promise to myself to wake up at 4:30 am everyday ( Monday - Friday unless on vacation ). Times ticking and my life is very busy . Work , studying , lifting / running , family / dog , side hustles , working side gigs, running clinics under our busiest surgeon . I’m always locked in but need to take it to another level.

I wake up about 5 am / 5:30 now , shouldn’t be an issue
