Most people aren’t struggling because of one missing nutrient. They feel flat because multiple small constraints reduce cellular capacity over time. THRIVE is a foundational formula that supports upstream systems that everything else depends on. Stacksvitamins.com/pages/start

TRT is much more than just total and free testosterone. DHEA is an often overlooked bottleneck that can make you feel like your TRT protocol isn’t working.

Here’s a simple AI prompt you can use to get started: “Here are my latest bloodwork lab results, along with results from a year ago. I would like you to analyze it through a functional medicine perspective, identify and explain any potential issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Here is some background about me: [insert relevant background about you]”

If you aren’t getting bloodwork at least once a year and using AI to analyze the results against functional medicine benchmarks, you’re leaving an incredible health tool in the toolbox. Who’s doing this today?

Vitamin C doesn’t just “boost your immune system.” It’s a cellular electron donor that: • Drives collagen synthesis enzymes • Protects cells from oxidative annihilation • Activates immune cells at the genetic level • Regenerates other antioxidants like vitamin E • Controls inflammation at the cellular level 🧵

Most energy supplements solve the wrong problem. ATP production is only half the equation. Here’s the half nobody talks about: 🧵

Autism spectrum disorder affects more than 3% of children in the US—a 600% increase since the 1970s. While genetics play a role, known gene variants only modestly affect autism risk and can’t explain the rapid increase. Environmental factors during brain development matter. Vitamin D deficiency is one of them. 🧵

This is so dumb. Cancer cells also heavily use glucose, but that doesn’t mean we should stop eating carbohydrates. Cancer cells are metabolic hijackers. They steal and overconsume many nutrients that healthy cells need. Peptides may or may not be dangerous for other reasons, but “turbocharging cancer” is so far down the list of things to worry about.
Shawn Ryan@ShawnRyan762

The Hidden Dangers of Peptides “It can’t detect whether it’s causing vascularization on a cancer cell. Cancer cells are so hungry when they form a tumor site, they say okay great, now we need blood vessels to survive, so they form their own blood vessel supply. And because they become so greedy, these tumor cells go out and metastasize all over your body, and you have no control over that. Whether it goes to your brain, spinal cord, you don’t know until stage four, and then you’re done.” @louisanicola_

PQQ doesn’t just support existing mitochondria. It triggers the creation of NEW ones. This process is called mitochondrial biogenesis, and it’s controlled by a master regulatory pathway that PQQ activates directly. Here’s the exact molecular mechanism: 🧵

CoQ10 is an electron carrier in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Every single cell with mitochondria uses CoQ10 to produce ATP. It shuttles electrons from Complex I and Complex II to Complex III, enabling the proton gradient that drives ATP synthesis. No CoQ10 = no ATP production. 🧵

Your brain is 2% of your body weight but consumes 25% of your total ATP production. A resting neuron burns through 4.7 billion ATP molecules per second. When mitochondrial function declines, the result is brain fog, poor memory, mental sluggishness, difficulty concentrating. 🧵

Oral vitamin C doesn’t kill cancer cells. But intravenous high-dose vitamin C does. This isn’t alternative medicine. This is pharmacology. The mechanism is clear, the clinical trials are real, and the survival data is compelling. Here’s what actually happens: 🧵

Today, I quit fitness wearables. I think they have their place, especially for people who don’t yet understand what their body is telling them. But there comes a point where “optimizing your numbers” isn’t building resilience, it’s building fragility.
