Competitive on-chain gaming platform on @Stacks

Stacks has distributed ~3700 Bitcoin in staking rewards since the chain launched I compared what kind of APR would be needed for other Bitcoin staking reward platforms would need to hit to match this number Obviously these figures are hypothetical and certainly not meant to be taking a dig at others but it does highlight how impressive Stacks' record and longevity is!

During the live stream last week, I noticed something. The current Ludo on Stacks Wars was dragging a bit. Matches were solid, but they felt longer than they should. Someone from the community suggested that capturing an opponent’s pawn should instantly finish your own pawn. That would definitely speed things up. But changing the core rule in the existing game didn’t feel right. Some people actually enjoy the slower, strategic flow. So instead of modifying Classic Ludo, I built a new version. Introducing Ludo Rush. • Only the entry tile is safe, no more camping. • More aggressive captures. • Faster matches. • Higher tension. On top of that, I’ve added background music and sound effects across Stacks Wars. Dice rolls. Captures. Victory sounds. Subtle game loops. Because on-chain gaming shouldn’t feel like a spreadsheet. We’re building momentum.
