Cam’s been getting it done in the weight room too. January student of the month in strength class. Always pushes himself outside of his comfort zone to improve. He’s raised the bar for his teammates. Can’t wait to see his career play out.

One of these days I will craft the perfect 90 min block lesson It will not be over-planned and rushed. It will not be under-planed with awk silence It will have movement and masks breaks. And it will fill 90 minutes. Perfectly. One day it will happen. And it will be glorious!!
