You never really know someone until you hear them pronounce “pecan”.

@virginmedia This is the problem we called about - it said no fault, but when we called we were told your special system was able to see a fault we couldn’t. We are now all being forced to work from home, but we can’t. The customer service manager still hasn’t phoned. Please help us!

@StacyMHilliard Sorry to hear that you feel that way. I appreciate your frustration, Stacey. We don't want you to be out of services too. Kindly check for any fault listed here virg.in/service. Let us know what you find out and we'll go from there. ^MD

@virginmedia why is it only when I called #virginmediaCustomerService was it only then I was told I won’t have internet for over a month? Why do I have to call to find out I will have no internet for over a month - shouldn’t you inform us of this fault??

@StacyMHilliard Have the team given you any further details on why you wont have service for a month Stacy? Have you been given any complaint reference for this? ^SL

@virginmedia The answer is no it wasn’t really explained (why our neighbours have internet, but we don’t) and no we were not given a complaint reference.

@virginmedia That is nice of you to say your team is doing the “best they can”, but they aren’t. A CS manager was to call me - didn’t happen - we won’t have service for over a month - we continue to pay well over £100/month for a service we don’t get - that does not make me “rest assure”

@virginmedia you “fixed” a fault in our area on Saturday, but now my WiFi goes in and out and I am unable to work or access the internet for more than 5 minutes at a time - when are you going to fix this??

@tobytarrant If you’re furious, you should have seen Lola when she learned that treats at polling stations are illegal under the Representation of the People Act 1983 (but unsure if that includes dogs?) #dogsatpollingstations

"If the president’s closest advisers believe that he is morally and intellectually unfit for his high office, they have a duty to do their utmost to remove him from it, by the lawful means at hand," @DavidFrum writes on.theatln.tc/aHEKafz

I agree with @mmurraypolitics if they truly believe there is a crisis the op-ed’er has a duty to the American people to raise this through the intended means on the record - it is more of Constitutional crisis not to
Mark Murray@mmurraypolitics

My 2 cents: If a senior administration official truly believes the president is a threat and is behaving erratically, he/she should tell the public -- on the record. nytimes.com/2018/09/05/opi… Voters elected Trump -- not a staff trying to save the republic.
