This week we welcomed three new drugs, currency and firearms detection dogs to the team. Meet PD Oreo, PD Archie & PD Lillie. After an intensive 8-week course led by instructor PC Ruth Jones, the dogs & their handlers are now licensed and ready to support operational policing.🐾

17 of 5th. 2 males seen on CCTV entering a building site in the middle of the night. On Police arrival they attempted to hide. PD TEINE turned up and was tasked for an area search, she quickly located 1 male hiding and directed patrols to the second male. Easy work 🐾🐾👍

Second job of the day for our northern ARV’s was safely stopping this confined cloned vehicle in the #Newcastle area. Vehicle recovered and one under arrest for document offences and drug drive. #S2ARV VDU 380/01/03/2026

First job of the day today for #S2ARV northern ARV was to locate and recover this stolen vehicle in the @Policingstoke area. Vehicle will be on its way back to its owner once we have all the forensic evidence from inside. VDU 874/27/02/2026

Another vehicle which failed to stop for #S2ARV officers in the @Policingstoke area today. The driver was wanted by @cheshirepolice , he was disqualified, had no insurance and was positive for cocaine on a @DrugWipeUK. Male arrested and vehicle seized. 303/21/02/2026

Incident 275 of today refers to this vehicle in Cannock. Whilst the driver tried his best to provide false details to our #S2ARV officers, he’d have to get up early in the morning to get one over on them. Disqualified Driver and No Insurance Vehicle Seized.

On 17/02/26 in Penkridge, @SStaffsPolice this vehicle failed to stop, after a short pursuit the driver ran off and was swiftly arrested with the help of PD Agi. Already disqualified from driving he was sent to court, receiving a 40 week prison sentence. #S5Dogs #S5ARV #PDAGI 🐾🐾

PD Maddie and handler strike again. 1 - SRL 58 18th. Stolen vehicle, suspect ran—no match for Maddie with NPAS overhead. 1 in custody ✅ 2 - SRL 33 18th: two males attempting a break-in, searched and found with weapons and tools. 2 in custody ✅ Great night for the team🐾

0470 Yesterday in stoke south, a stolen vehicle failed to stop for Police. The driver thought he could run and hide. PD MADDIE attended and made light work of finding the suspect hiding behind a fence. You can run....you can hide.....but our Police dogs will find you 🐾🐾

A cloned vehicle in @Policingstoke was located overnight by #S2ARV. It was stung by our colleagues from @StaffsRCT before failing to stop for us. The driver fled on foot. However we’ve got their car, drugs and a lot of forensic evidence. #Knock knock 820/16/02/2026

155 Today in Stoke, a stolen vehicle failed to stop and crashed. 4 suspects ran away. PD Dan was tasked to search and told his handler and other officers where to check, locating a male hiding behind a fence. Arvs, @StaffsRCT and Dogs located all 4 suspects Teamwork 🐾

This vehicle was reported stolen yesterday evening. Officers from #S2ARV and #S2Dogs located and safely stopped the vehicle in @Policingstoke today. One male is now under arrest for theft of motor vehicle and driving offences. Incident 496/13/02/2026

The driver of this vehicle was wanted for a serious arson offence in Derbyshire overnight. It failed to stop for #Staffs officers in #Burton several times. It and the driver were located by #S2ARV and arrested for arson with intent to endanger life.

This vehicle was stolen three days ago from the @cheshirepolice area. Officers from our #TST sighted the vehicle today in the #Bentilee area of @Policingstoke. As a result of enquiries officers from #S2ARV located and arrested a male for theft of motor vehicle. 384/05/02/2026

PD Maddie with her response colleagues have attended reports of suspicious males in Rawnsley. Maddie has searched the area and located a male who was challenged and gave up. She went onto find discarded clothing and weapons leading to the arrest of 4 people in total. SRL83 3.2.26

SRL - 760 of 29/01/26 Reports of a disturbance in the @PoliceStafford area, and a male being in possession of a hammer. PD Agi was deployed and located the male before convincing him to drop the hammer. One under arrest. 🐾🐾 #S5Dogs

Last night a vehicle crashed in #Longton after trying to make off from police, narrowly avoiding #PDbones & #RCT. Following the pursuit offenders ran off. PD Bones commenced a track and located one male hiding in a bush. He surrendered and was detained 🐾🚔 Inc 785 | 27/1/26

SRL 51 - 26/1/26. Report of a vehicle travelling on the M6 where it is reported to have illegal substances on board. The vehicle was boxed in by @StaffsRCT but the driver rammed police vehicles in an attempt to escape. Iko was called in and detained the driver keeping all safe 🐾

Last night was PD Dan's first night shift! His handler had a vehicle fail to stop, the offending vehicle crashed and the driver ran away. PD Dan was tasked to find the offender. After a short search he was found hiding in a driveway! Welcome to the team Dan, Top job 🐾🐾👍👍
