Speed enforcement earlier in the #Barlaston 30mph area supporting local @StaffsCSW. Unfortunately this driver didn't bother. Accelerating away. 46mph accurate speed in a 30mph not acceptable. That would show higher in the car. ##oplightning

Working with local officers from @SStaffsPolice today in the #Essington area with illegal off road bikes around the Rugby Club. Had a few quickly scarper once they knew we were nearby. The hail may have put a few off. We'll try again soon.

@Dontdo1Hitesh I don't know. Asked the same thing. Store's just want to make money on them and pop a little sign on saying private land use only. The Govt needs to sort the legislation out so they can be used properly as in other Countries.

@StaffsRoadHarm Don't understand wide selling of items clearly illegal in UK to use, fire hazard when charging at home. Why allow them to be sold?

Working with local Police, Stoke Council enforcement Officers and Housing in the #Bentilee area earlier. Day of Action and tackling #ASB in the area. E scooter seized. Please don't use them on the road and footpaths. Like it or not. They aren't Road legal at this time.

Recovered today in @NuLPolice area. Suspected stolen and brought by innocent purchaser who had carried out reasonable checks. A very good clone identified by our vehicle Examiner. @oplightning

This was identified and recovered yesterday in the @PolicingStoke area. Stolen in 1997 from Leicestershire. 🤔 At some point converted into a Food van. In nice condition considering. Be interesting to see where it ends up after all this time.

The Driver of this car was going for the top score yesterday in the @EStaffsPolice area. Spotted using their phone and stopped. Unsupervised Learner. No Insurance. No Road Tax. No MOT. Reported for offences and car seized. #oplightning

Working in the @LichfieldPolice area today. Looking at #Fatal4 offences. This BMW was recovered as reported Stolen from Derbyshire. Driver dealt with by them. Some bikers engaged with and passed details for a @BikesafeUK course in their County.

Up in the @MoorlandsPolice area earlier, but Storm Dave got the Bikers going home a bit earlier. 😁. Always a good brew stop at orlo.uk/d0nEG Then back into the City to assist with the Stoke match. And to better weather.

Some Motorcycle engagement today in South Staffordshire. Handing out Road safety leaflets and @BikesafeUK info. Some poor maintenance on this bike as the chain fell straight off. 😞 We want to reduce Bikers deaths across the @StaffsPolice area. Ride it right. Get home safely.

A successful operation today along with the National Police Air service. Targeting illegal motorcycles in the North Staffordshire area. Seizures made. 1 arrest for disqualified Driving. 30 other offences dealt with. Continuing with #Opreclaim

Adult male sighted on #Belgrave Rd yesterday riding at speed and dodging pedestrians. Despite opinions these are not road legal as they require a Driving Licence and Insurance. Male stopped and reported for offences as had none. That's 9 points for him. @Policingstoke

This off-road bike was being ridden around the Lightwood area of @policingstoke #stokesouthlpt by a male with: * No licence * No insurance * Twice the drink drive limit The bike has been seized and the rider is now in custody. #driveinsured

Working in the @SStaffsPolice area yesterday with 4 seizures for No Insurance or Driving licences. Plus some drivers dealt with for contravening the Red Traffic lights along the A449.

Following ongoing concerns from local residents on #Whitmore Road, speed enforcement was carried out yesterday with 4 drivers reported for over 40mph. Its a #fatal4 offence and costs lives. Mobile phone offences also dealt with.

In and around @PoliceStafford area today. Looking at #Fatal4 offences. Some engagement in the Town Centre. Considering a change to the Dog section. Clearly given me a learners Dog to start with.
