One Touch FA Storm Into Viareggio Cup Semi-Finals 🇳🇬🔥 One Touch Football Academy have booked their place in the semi-finals of the 76th edition of the Viareggio Cup after a dominant 4–0 victory over Spezia FC. The Nigerian side are now the only team representing the country left in the tournament, flying the flag high with an impressive run. This marks the first time since the 74th edition that Nigerian teams have reached the semi-finals, when Beyond Limits FA and Ojodu City made it to that stage. One Touch’s form has been nothing short of sensational scoring 13 goals across the Round of 16 and Quarter-Finals without conceding a single goal. 💪⚽ #BolajiBale_FootballTalk #ViareggioCup #GrassrootsFootball #NigerianFootball

I honestly don’t know why so many of you are upset about the post I made earlier about losing a $1,500 job because I showed up with an earpiece instead of a headphone. Let me say this clearly: times have evolved. You don’t get to tell a client how they should run their team or what standard they should expect. You also don’t know what experience they’re speaking from. Maybe they’ve hired someone before whose background noise kept interrupting meetings. Maybe they’ve dealt with poor audio during calls and decided never again. I didn’t take offense when the client asked. I didn’t argue. I didn’t start explaining. I simply lost the job and moved on. Yes, I cried. Not because I was angry at the client, but because I really wanted the job. But I also learned something that only experience can teach you. Remote work has standards now. Headphones are not just about sound. They: ✓reduce background noise ✓make your voice clearer on calls ✓stop you from constantly adjusting an earpiece during meetings ✓make you look prepared and professional And if you don’t live in a self-contained apartment, trust me - getting a good headphone is the least of your worries. It saves you from explaining every small noise happening around you during calls. Another thing people forget is this: Before that interview, the client had already read my profile, my work experience, and yes - even my location. She knows Cynthia Ozumba is from Nigeria. Like it or not, sometimes there are question marks in their mind. Many “what ifs.” So imagine showing up to a final interview with the CEO holding your earpiece cord and adjusting it toward your mouth while speaking. Whether we like it or not, that can confirm their doubts. And secondly, let’s be honest: you cannot question a client about what standard they want for their team. It’s their company. Their money. Their expectations. Lastly, It doesn't matter what role I was applying to, do yourself good and get a good noise-concelling headphones. It's REMOTE WORK fgs! My story wasn’t to complain. It was simply a reminder that the small details matter more than we think. I learned fast. And I leveled up. To each, is own! I have moved on!

2006 a kid arrived at Chelsea with a dream in his heart, boots too big for his feet, but belief from the start. Fast forward to 2026, still wearing the same blue shirt with the same fire inside. This club raised me, shaped me, and gave me a place to call home. Through every game, every battle, every lesson I’ve grown. Now the journey rolls on, the dream still true. Extended till 2032… and still bleeding blue.

You only need these 5 requirements to land any 6 figure Remote job.. 1. Skills - the market must actually need what you do. 2. Positioning - how you present that skill online and in interviews. 3. Confidence - speaking about your work without shrinking. 4. Conviction - standing by the value you bring. 5. Courage - to apply, pitch, and show up even when you feel underqualified. Stop Focusing on the first one!!
