Latest look at potential max wind gusts with Storm #Therese. Happy to report that it doesn’t look too concerning, I understand a lot of you worry about the wind aspect of these storms after Storm Kristin’s unmatched violence. Therese should stay far enough offshore that mainland Portugal won’t be hit too hard, it’s really only the Faro and Lisbon districts that will be affected a little more heavily. Those areas could see gusts between 70-90 km/h and perhaps higher in mountains, especially between Wednesday and Thursday.

Agreed to some extent. There’s no major leap in camera hardware this year. Samsung seems to be playing it safe until Apple makes a big move, that’s the reality right now. Even with similar hardware, the Ultra still sells like hot cakes globally, so Samsung doesn’t feel pressured to push aggressive hardware upgrades. Right now the focus is clearly on One UI and AI features, which are great… but personally I’d still like to see bigger hardware innovations too.

Even though I expected this phone to have better camera performance, I actually love the Galaxy S26 Ultra overall. Its amazing speakers, Privacy Display, and One UI 8.5 are part of the reason why I thought so. If only they had improved the camera system and processing significantly, I'd use it as my daily phone for photography easily.
