UPDATE: A DC Superior Court judge ordered serial stalker & Metro hair fondler Bryan Betancur to continue to be held without bond during a status hearing today. Prosecutors say they have executed a search warrant on his X account… His next status hearing is set for June 4th.

UPDATE: After being held without bond pending trial in his new DC stalking case this morning, Bryan Betancur will also remain in custody pending his next status hearing in his DC Metro assault case on May 15. Betancur also has a hearing in his VA Metro assault case on May 8.

UPDATE: Racist serial stalker Augusta Mae DiRosato’s scheduled hearing this morning for her latest charges of stalking, harassment, misuse of 911 & lying to police was continued until May 20th. In the meantime, we’ll be watching the docket for any further developments.

UPDATE: White Supremacist Augusta Mae DiRosato’s latest hearing on multiple charges of stalking & harassment on Feb. 18 was continued to April 1st. Her bail remains at $50,000. Bryan Betancur did not attend as promised. We’ll continue to track this case as it moves forward.

UPDATE: A judge just ordered stalker Bryan Betancur to remain in custody as he faces new charges for stalking that occurred after his arrests for two assaults on the Metro in DC and VA last month. Betancur will also face a bond revocation hearing in his assault cases on Friday
