Later today, my brother and friend, Dr Edward Omane Boamah, the President’s nominee as Minister for Defence of the Republic of Ghana, will appear before Parliament’s Appointments Committee. This is a man in whom I am well pleased. Please, the damning, incriminating and professional damaging tape released by the NDC on Tuesday, was it from a face to face meeting or a phone call?
