Later today, my brother and friend, Dr Edward Omane Boamah, the President’s nominee as Minister for Defence of the Republic of Ghana, will appear before Parliament’s Appointments Committee.
This is a man in whom I am well pleased. We’ve worked together for more than a decade, and in his earlier role as Minister for Communication and also Presidential Spokesperson, we were the perfect pair for the management of the President’s communication and backroom work.
We were hated, we were maligned, we were framed up, even some of our friends were recruited to be against us for all the wrong reasons, but our unalloyed loyalty to President JD Mahama, our commitment to doing what we can do, and an unwavering desire to correct any wrongs and make an impact, continues to keep us going.
Together with Joyce Bawah Mogtari and other colleagues in the then Flagbearer’s office, we contributed what we can over the years in opposition.
I am grateful for the confidence and trust Omane has always exhibited in my abilities.
Congrats bro. How I wish I was sitting right behind you with Adwoa Tampico and joyce, but be sure I will serve you a delicious plate of Akple with the necessary accompaniments.

@StanDogbe Please sir,
I pray God use you to bless the teeming youth in Dabala, Ahiatrogakope, Bekpo, Adutor, Blemazado, Agorbledokui etc.(through your friend Dr. Omani Boamah)
Their story will change and they'll be forever grateful to you.
I pray you make an impact in their lives, sir.

@supadupanews Education is NOT enough!
You must make an effort to read widely.
If you do; you will know the history behind “The Economy. Stupid!” And why it is not an insult.
English

You take this character and others serious at your own peril.
He’s part of the cabal that’s always cooking fake stories and impersonating genuine media houses in some cases, all intended to dig at John Mahama and the NDC.
Honestly, when you take Mahama and this person, which of them will make such a statement?

@nyavorx It is because many think same, that’s why the penchant for what he does has intensified and persisted.
English

@StanDogbe Efo Dogbe, we know the likes of Koku, so let's not give him the attention he's craving for. We have an election to win.

This is yet another piece of fake news circulated by the NPP and Bawumia Campaign team. Reeling from a potential loss in the December elections, the government, through its campaign team, has resorted to daily publication of fake news about the NDC leader, John Mahama, and other NDC officials.
We want to encourage Ghanaians to verify doubtful publications from known and credible media outlets who travel with the Mahama Campaign on all our tours, follow all John Mahama social media handles or watch WoezorTV on channel 208 on the MultiTV HD+ decoder and on social media.
Akufo-Addo and Bawumia should know that the fake news agenda won’t help them.

You inherited VAT flat rate, you abolished it, and now you say if they vote for you, you’ll bring back what you abolished.!
Taking Ghanaians for fools... or? #Bawuliar

Some people simply major on always seeking to draw unnecessary attention to themselves, unconcerned about how that exposes their immaturity and lying characteristic. He’s the same person who was made to bath in public for a political cause, right? In the Mahama camp, we focus on Honesty, Trustworthiness and Reliability.

My boss, President John Evans Atta Mills, was a selfless leader. He prioritised the needs of the nation over personal and political gain. When he took over from the NPP government, he was the first to cut his own salary as a sincere gesture to show solidarity with the economic hardships faced by many Ghanaians. He was passionate about lifting the vulnerable and duly allocated resources to social welfare programmes.
He was a man who epitomised truth and honesty. From his life in Academia to his time as the IRS Commissioner, to becoming Vice President and throughout his presidency, he lived as he preached—transparently! His reputation for integrity was widespread nationally and internationally.
Forever in our hearts, Professor Mills.

For years, I worked on PPP’s and in trade facilitation and believe that PPP’s are a great way to maximize investments especially when we all know that Ghana as a country is now flat out bankrupt. PPP’s and BOTs therefore offer a great opportunity for huge investments! #Letsbuildghanatogether conversations with John Mahama!

@BOAKYEE51104199 @JDMahama @MBawumia You chose to hear what you wanted to hear, anaaa?
Go and watch the video again! And listen to the question.
English

@StanDogbe @JDMahama @MBawumia Just watched the video and realised you're either dishonest or just jaundiced
He spoke about digitalisation in response to reducing govt expenditure
When asked about size of govt, he committed to 50 ministers
Even JM was impressed. No wonder you guys don't want a debate.
English

I am at the #GhanaCEOSummit and heard @JDMahama speak to the issues. And hearing @MBawumia and I am just wondering, what exactly is he trying to communicate? A question about whether he will reduce the size of government and he is talking about digitisation. Professor Abotsi the moderator is even shocked.
English

@StanDogbe @JDMahama @MBawumia I wonder what u listened, whether it was different from what I heard.
English

AG Dame & the NPP claimed through their mouthpiece, Asaase Radio that the NDC had a recording from a meeting arranged by a JSC, and have proceeded to denigrate the said JSC and push a false narrative.
Please, the damning, incriminating and professional damaging tape released by the NDC on Tuesday, was it from a face to face meeting or a phone call?
A bunch of lying, wicked, devilish nation wreckers. Asaase Radio, you see how they make you destroy your credibility?

English

@joyce_bawah Did you hear his response to the question about size of government?
English

Well well well!
It is obvious that the NPP is heading into opposition. Bawumia out of fear and panic literally butts in to disrupt the 8th CEO Summit and is sounding like a disgruntled employee trying to have a conversation.
Mr. Bawumia, this is a CEOs Summit, speak to the theme of economic diversification.
