Officers have to remove 2 from a bar that were trying to start a brawl but after fighting with the officers end up in cuffs. ​An evening at the Cajun Boil & Bar in Champaign, Illinois, took a chaotic turn when a call to remove unruly customers quickly escalated into an all-out brawl with responding officers. ​What started as a routine escort out of the building exploded right at the beginning of the interaction, captured clearly on police body camera footage. ​Champaign Police officers were initially dispatched to the restaurant after staff requested the removal of two women who were reportedly lingering in the restroom and causing a major disturbance. According to employees, the women had been involved in a verbal argument with a male customer inside the restroom prior to police arrival. ​As officers attempted to guide the group out of the dining area, tension filled the room as the individuals demanded to know why they were being forced to leave. Suddenly, chaos erupted. ​Things moved out to the sidewalk as the woman in the grey sweatshirt Dajae T. Dawson—turns and throws a direct punch into an officer's chest. The officer immediately moves to tackle and restrain her, explicitly stating on camera, "You punched me." ​More came out regarding physical altercation inside that involved the second woman, in the orange sweatshirt, and a restaurant employee. Officers did have tu detain her to get thy full story. ​Even after being placed in handcuffs and escorted outside, the resistance didn't stop. Dawson continued to aggressively argue with officers, refused to cooperate with identification requests, and began violently kicking at the windows of the squad car once placed inside. ​While a physical fight with law enforcement on camera often points to assault, local prosecutors officially booked Dawson under the state's specific statutes for striking law enforcement. ​Dawson was officially charged with: ​Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer (a felony charge in Illinois for striking an officer) ​Resisting a Peace Officer ​Criminal Damage to Property (for the damage caused to the police vehicle) ​Currently there is no update I can find on court results.

Entitled woman attacks officer turns routine traffic into 9 months in jail. Milwaukee County Corporal Adam and Officer Rachel pulled over a motorcycle operator, identified as Yashira. The initial reasons for the traffic enforcement action were straightforward: riding without proper eyewear and driving without a valid license. However, what should have been a standard citation quickly escalated when a crowd began to gather around the scene. ​As the officers attempted to secure the area, Yashira claimed she did not speak English and began calling out to the surrounding neighborhood for assistance. She was found guilty and sentenced to serve 9 months in a house of correction, followed by 1 year of probation. ​Charlie: Charged with Resisting an Officer for his role in obstructing the initial investigation. ​There was no indication on citizenship status of either individual in the records made available. Uber eats driver goes ballistic attacking police in a bank in Secaucus, NJ. ​The incident, involved 24-year-old delivery driver, Jahil Rust, started when she allegedly refused to confirm an Uber Eats delivery, leading to an argument with a customer. ​By the time local police arrived at the complex, Rust was on the phone refusing to fully interact with the officer and eventually fleeing the scene on her bicycle. Officers tracked her down near the intersection of 9th Street and Flanagan Way, but the situation quickly intensified when she refused to comply with lawful orders to stop. Attempting to elude the police after trying to hit one of them, Rust fled into a nearby TD Bank at 1262 Paterson Plank Road, pushing past staff and running behind the teller counter. ​As officers moved to take her into custody inside the bank, the encounter became chaotic. You would think someone unhinged enough to attack police officers would be deemed a threat to the community and held without bail. ​This is the very definition of soft on crime policies.

The Cincinnati Police Department pulled over a woman whose car was being pushed by another vehicle after it broke down at a Shell gas station. BACKSTORY… I've been stuck at the Shell gas station on Reading Rd all motherfucking day and a random man pulls up and offers to push my car bumper to bumper all the way to my home so I didn't have to keep sleeping in my car because I didn't want to leave it while the night walkers were having a midnight festival right next to it. I ain't been able to work all day and I'm worried bout how my kids are going to get to school, feed them, feed myself, as well as my dogs then bills are due too. I use my car for work. I have a spotless driving record. I'm in crisis. Then this bitch ass niggas wanna pull me over after seeing me and this kind stranger bumper to bumper while both of have our hazard lights on. The first words out their mouth were "are there any drugs or weapons in the car?" | SNAPPED. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR MY DAMN LICENSE FIRST OR TELL ME WHY THEY PULLED ME OVER.
