Same thing happened to me as well, no explanation as to why, no appeals answered this is a huge issue with @facebook that they are refusing to acknowledge, all thanks to their employee @Robbfixx

How are people handling their @Facebook page being suspended when it’s tied to their business? Kind of stressing me out that you don’t get more than one appeal. Unsure what I even did wrong.

Looks like the rejection email sends the same template regardless of enforcement type. For a temporary lock the on-screen steps exist; for read-only suspension they don't, so the instruction is a dead end. I'm a Premium+ subscriber and happy to provide screenshots of both the email and the empty account state.

Possible bug in your appeals flow, @Support @Premium @Safety: the rejection email for @phonicspal instructs me to "log in and complete the on-screen instructions" to restore the account. There are no on-screen instructions. The account is in permanent read-only suspension, not a lock, so the remediation step the email points to doesn't exist. Users are being told to complete a flow that isn't there.
