@StandardbredVET @Morgansomali He was sold from Wisconsin to Minnesota; Minnesota then sold him to a guy out of Kansas - which is where he is right now in a rehab facility, because he’s not anywhere near fit to travel to our regular quarantine care facility in Pennsylvania.

@Morgansomali We likely won’t ever know. He was sold directly to a dealer with the intent to ship him to Mexico slaughter. That dealer did not want to ship him so sold him to another dealer, which is where we got notified of him and purchased him. They won’t give up the name of who sold him.

@StandardbredVET Yes I am and please know that @ONTRacing and @HBPA_ONT are working extremely hard in the best interest of horse people of Ontario. Some others don’t necessarily have the same intentions.

The urging rule in Ontario harness racing is a joke. No one knows what the rule is & every judge enforces it completely different. Fines & suspensions are handed out for something there is no clear definition on. Needs to be fixed immediately.
