After school club fun making pancakes ahead of Shrove Tuesday later this month. Students followed their own recipes to create American-style pancakes, finished with cream, sprinkles and sauces, and had a great time doing it!

We are very proud of our Year 7 student Harper who has donated her hair to the @LPTrustUK Donating long locks to help children and young people experiencing the devastating effects of hair loss is an incredibly generous thing to do!

Yesterday was Holocaust Memorial Day. We marked the day with a memorial candle display, designed by our KS3 students and assemblies throughout the week to raise awareness.

Performance led the annual festive takeover at St Wilfrid’s last week! Our talented musicians, singers, actors and dancers supported the service led by other pupils, with the audience joining in too!

Our amazing carol singers returned to Tesco and the hospice shop, and also visiting the Grand Arcade and ASDA. Thanks to our pupils talent and generosity from the community, an incredible £1,065 has been raised for Wigan and Leigh Hospice - exceeding our £1000 goal! 🎶✨ 🎅❄🎄
