@samleeradio @BirdBrklyn Hi guys, water quality does go up & down pending rain events. Combined Sewer Overflow is the biggest polluter for actual water. The other Historic Pollutants are 99% on the bottom & in 4th St Turning Basin/Wholefoods (where I think the pic is from) it’s actually dredged & capped.
