Emma Naples provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Brick Memorial with two runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Carly Hobbs went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Brick Memorial in hits. Nalducci stole two bases.

Emma Kriegstein stepped in the circle first for Matawan Huskies. The starting pitcher allowed eight hits and three runs (two earned) over seven innings, striking out eight and walking two.

Brick Memorial Varsity Mustangs got on the board in the bottom of the fourth inning after an error scored two runs, and Estella Dunn grounded out, scoring one run. Gabby Vida drove the middle of the lineup, leading Brick Memorial with 2 runs batted in. She went 2-for-3.
